Abstract
The Culture has an eminent role in the representation of nations, countries and their creative writings. So, cultural presentation in literature is very important. Ahmed Nadeem Qasmi, a well-known literary and poetic figure of Pakistan, played an important and major role to show the diverse, different and robust (urban and rural) shades of our culture in his short stories (Afsana). In this article, an effort has been made to show Qasmi's role in the cultural representation of our homeland through his stories
