Abstract
In Sindh, a province of Pakistan, many religious figures have contributed towards religious and literary studies in the shape of letters as these letters carry invaluable information on certain literary issues. This article traces and analyses such Urdu letters and evaluates both the contents and the meanings of such letters. Additionally, the writer has taken into account the stimulus behind writing such letters and the style and literary merits of these letters. Some of the religious scholars whose letters have been analysed include: Ghulam Rasool Qadri, Mufti Muhammad Shafi and Mirza Ikhtiar Hussain Kaif Niazi.
