l URDU is published for twice a year, one in summer (June) and the other in fall (December).

l According to the policy of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), a maximum fifteen (15) papers can be published in a single issue of a half-yearly research journal. We decide the number of papers based on quality.

l Authors are not allowed to submit their papers to any other journal till he receives any rejection from us.

l Papers of the new authors are preferred for the new issue. However, if any paper has been marked as extraordinary work or very notable by the reviewer, that can be considered even if the paper of same author was published in last issue.

l Paper receives through email will be selected after the approval of the reviewers.

l Paper, not composed as per the “Authors Guidelines” given at our website and published in every issue of URDU, will not be entertained.
