Any writer, poet or scholar has to be very conscious about the orthographic and grammatical correctness while presenting any work before the public eye. But, surprisingly, many writers and poets of Urdu have been casual while presenting their works in published forms and the title of their books carry errors, either grammatically or orthographically. Though this can also be attributed to composers, proofreaders or publishers, this can be very annoying. This article points out specifically the names of the books where such errors have marred the work. It also offers the correct forms/ spellings. Proper references have also been mentioned for correcting the errors.
