Abstract
The article partially analyzes the Hasrat Mohani’s autobiography "Quid e Farang" which is based on colonial prospects. It tends to evaluate, how imperialists became influential in subcontinent and destroyed its economy by extorting the capital. The autobiography reveals the exploitation of natives by colonizers, their brutal behavior for them and makes them accountable for the crimes which they hadn't committed. Hasrat Mohani was also among those literary personalities who wrote about the savagery of imperialism. In his autobiography, he tries to unveil the misery, inflicted by settlers on the natives. This article tends to present the true picture of exploitation of natives by colonizers for their sovereignty. The colonizers tried to rule the subcontinent on the pretext of making its natives civilized by educating them, but the real agenda behind it was absolute extortion.
