The beginning and evolution of the travelogue genre in Urdu took place in the nineteenth century. Till now this series continues. Travelogue can be considered a popular genre among Urdu non-fiction genres due to its rarity and uniqueness. In this paper, we have done a research and analytical review of the first Pakistani Catholic Clergyman Fr Immanuel Asi's travelogue Naqsh-e-Qadam in Urdu. By the way, many Christian writers have written travelogues such as Good bye Langkawi by Yunus Wariam, Al-Quds by Yusuf Masih Yad and Journey to the Holy Land by Pastor Farooq Jan, etc. In terms of literary services, Father Asi appears to be the first travel writer to be associated with the Pakistani Catholic clergy. Naqsh-e-Qadam is written sitting at the crossroads of history and faith. Sometimes this journey seems to be a journey from outside to inside or from inside to outside. In terms of style, it can be said to be simple, common sense, research, scholarly and literary excellent and also a good addition to the capital of Urdu literature.
